Carmel Station was opened in October 2006 near International Paper Company's Mansfield Louisiana Mill.  The Station is located at 1934 Hwy 509, Carmel, LA 71052.  It is the only station with an underground storage tank.  The capacity of the tank is 20,000 gallons of Highway (clear) fuel.
